1. ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (code : HR)

• Male, min Bachelor Degree (s1), preferably from HR Management/Psychology/Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR
• Have strong understanding of HR planning/strategy, industrial relationship, recruitment & selection, as well as training & development
• Strong in developing and implementing company regulations
• A team player who has strong conceptual/analytical skill and good communication skills
• Proficiency in English (oral & written) is essential

2. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (code : ES)

• Female, minimum Diploma in Secretarial that is recognized
• Minimum 3 years experience covering ticketing, hotel booking, travel, arrangements
• Provide the full spectrum of secretarial services and administrative support
• Act as a department focal point for internal and external customers
• Cutomer oriented
• Basic financial understanding
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities
• Computer literate (word, excel, outlook)
• Proviciency in English (oral & written) is essential

3. PROGRAMMER MS REPORTING SERVICES (code : MS)

• Male/Female, minimum information services degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing related company
• Knowledge of warehouse management and manufacturing processes including procurement, raw material receiving and management, production planning/configuration, package labelling, quality assurance and finished goods shipping
• Knowledge of tobacco buying,Recalssiflying and GLH is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft's SQL server database technology
• Knowledge of Microsoft's.net development tool set
• Ability to provide technical training to end users.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with teams
• Must be able to present self well in front of internal and external customers

4. LEAF BLENDING SUPERVISOR (code : BS)

• Male, min Diploma in industrial/Agriculture
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing realted company
• Proviciency in English (oral & written) is essential
• Excellent health, strong character and leadership, able to work under pressure
• Able to work in shifts
• Responsible for Blending activities from blend preparation, monitoring, and supervision
• Prior leaf tobacco experience will be beneficial
  

5. RECEPTIONIST (code : RC)

• Female, min Graduated from high school /D3
• Maximum 30 years old and in perfect health
• 1 year experience in similiar position
• Good telephone manner and administration skill
• Computer literate (min. MS office, outlokk)
• Attractive, honest, highly motivated, integrity & discipline are the main criteri
• Proficiency in English (oral & written) is essential

6. FINANCE STAFF (CODE : FS)

• Female, minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Finance/Accounting
• Maximum 30 years old and in perfect health, min 1 year experience
• Knowledge of Financial & Tax Reports, computer literate (min. MS office, outlook)
• Honest, carefulness, highly motivated, integrity & discipline are the main criteria
• Proficiency in English (oral & written) is essential
