Sampoerna Foundation is a professional philanthropy organization and a service provider for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with absolute focus in the field of education. Due to the organization growth, we are looking for talented people who are possess a passion to help us to create competent leaders to fulfill the following position :

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
(Based in Palembang, Surabaya, Malang)

Responsibilities:
To perform fundraising activities in order to achieve predetemined funding target, to build good relationship with local government bodies, private and state owned enterprises, to provide updates on the ongoing programs to local partners/donor and to perform ad-hoc project(s) as assigned by National Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Sales, Mrketing, Bus. Dev. & Relationship Management
• Minimum Bachelor degree (s-1) in any area, preferably commerce, Business Administration, Economic Syudies or Engineering
• Result oriented and can work independently with very minimum supervision
• Good communication skills and able to conduct business presentation, business writing and reporting
• Speaks and writes sufficient English

Special Requirement :

• Has vast networks amongst local government bodies and business (private sectors and state-owned enterprises)
