F & B Coordinator/Chef

Qualifications :

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Graduated from Tourism Academy or similar
• At least 2 years experience in supervising operational restaurant and kitchen with significant achivement records
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Having good product knowledge and menus
• Disciplined, working independently or team, willing to work over time and under pressure
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill in English, good negotiator and customer oriented
